Each unit is two stories.  Outside, each is wrapped by a small yard and a patio.  The units are located in a quiet family neighborhood with studious grads and some undergrads.  Just 5 blocks down N.Allen from Penn State campus, Park Ave, rec hall, Music Building, Pattee, golf, jogging, bike paths, and parks even closer.

These units are spacious.  The first floor has a large eat-in kitchen opening onto a patio, half bath, storage room, laundry, study/guest room, and livingroom.  The second floor has three large bedrooms, a large bath, linen closet, double sinks, storage, and large closets in each bedroom.

Utilities: No one offers "FREE UTILITIES" ...despite their ads.....We hope to offer our units at the lowest rent possible.  Rather than embedding average utility costs into your rent and claim "free utilities", we offer competitive rent and ask tenants to manage utility use.  Tenants pay electricity, water, and as needed telephone, cable, satellite.  These units are cable and satellite ready.  That said, if you would like us to include utilities, we can do that.

We pay for house-side trash and sewer. Each unit has a washer & dryer free for your use.Tenants take care of yard and walks.  

Driving Directions:

From campus. Walk down N. Allen. or Driving.....At corner of Park Ave. and N. Atherton St.  proceed north along N. Atherton to first traffic signal, turn right and proceed to N. Allen, turn left at Longmeadow turn right. The duplex is on the corner.                     

From North, head into State College on N. Atherton, going down hill look for T.J. Fridays on left, at next traffic light (a Blockbuster Video is on one corner, a gas station on another)  turn left, bear to right up N. Allen.  Longmeadow is the third street on the left.  The duplex is on the corner.
